The Montgomery Herald covers the recent visit from WVU’s Community Design Team in two articles.
In the first, Steve Keenan talks to team coordinator Jenny Selin:
“Engaged community members from throughout the community select a few first steps to get started,” Selin added. “The steps might include planning toward a long-term project or something that can be accomplished right away.
The second article, also by Keenan, looks at a new downtown mural:
The WVU students weren’t the only ones involved. The mural represented a joint effort that matched designers from WVU Landscape Architecture with those from the high school, higher education and children in Montgomery.
